Payment
Payment may be made online. All major credit and debit cards are accepted for payment. We use the PayPal system for processing payment. PayPal is the world leader of online payment processing and very safe to use.
If you prefer to order over the phone or pay by cheque, ring us on 07949 332 893 Monday to Friday 9:30-5:00. Please note that orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order using Royal Mail’s First Class delivery or by national courier. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery subject to stock availability and postal conditions.
We currently ship within the UK & abroad. Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 for the UK and £10 for the rest of the world.
Baby Gift Boxes
Our boxes have been handmade just down the road from us and have been designed to be used as a keepsake box for all of baby’s treasures. No embellishments, no fuss. Soft colours and a durable construction. Our box is as much a part of the gift as what is inside. We are happy to personalise the box for you. We will tuck his or her name in the metal nameplate provided on the outside of the keepsake box.
Everything inside is carefully wrapped in mounds of tissue paper. The presentation is completed with our Osborn & William double satin ribbon and a gift card for a personal message which we will handwrite for you.
Bespoke Gift Box Service
If you would like to create an unique gift box, it couldn’t be easier. Simply select the colour of box you would like to send your gifts in by clicking on ‘Bespoke Gift Box Service’ and then select the items to go inside from the individual gifts on our product menu. The cost of the service is £12 for the keepsake box and all the trimmings plus the cost of each individual item.
Gift Wrap Service
We are delighted to offer you free gift wrapping on all Osborn & William gifts. Why free? Because we believe that everything a gift company offers should arrive beautifully presented. Nothing less will do!
Individual items are wrapped in smart polka dot tissue paper or popped in a gift bag and finished with Osborn & William ribbon.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
The information you provide, enabling us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service, will not be shared with any third parties unless you have given us your permission. The information we hold on you will be accurate and up to date. If you should find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it immediately.
We store information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

- telephone number
- email address
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.
The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Your personal financial details will not be held by us. Should you decide to pay over the telephone, your credit or debit card will be processed using Paypal's secure virtual terminal. Again, your financial details will not be held by us.
